- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk

- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ cup hot water or hot coffee

1. Prepare Oven & Pan

- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Grease your cake pan with oil/butter
- Place butter paper for easy removal
2. Mix Dry Ingredients

- In a bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Mix or sift well so everything combines evenly
3. Add Wet Ingredients

- Add eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla essence
- Mix until smooth (no lumps)

- Slowly add hot water or coffee
- Mix gently (batter will be slightly thin – that’s perfect!)
